Modeling and simulation of heat and mass transfer during drying of coffee in a box dryer using C++ programming language

چکیده
Abstract Drying is one of the stages coffee processing and has been considered factors that impact quality final drink. In this sense, present study developed a phenomenological model for box-type dryer implementing in C / ++ programming language. The profile exhaust air temperature was obtained over drying time. verified by comparing data from literature, thus guaranteeing its functionality to make predictions about equipment used small producers, which may contribute increase product quality.
